AGL Networks continues steady growth in Phoenix
Announces expansion into new Phoenix NAP facility

PHOENIX – November 12, 2009 - AGL Networks announced today the completion of a fiber expansion into Phoenix NAP, a new data center and network access point in Phoenix, AZ.

“Data center operators clearly understand the significance of having dark fiber installed in their facilities and again the new Phoenix NAP has chosen AGL Networks to be that provider.” said Jim Gillis, president, AGL Networks. “Dark fiber is the most cost effective product available today to provide enterprise clients with the high bandwidth and secure metro transport they demand.”

“We are excited to feature AGL Networks as a carrier provider in our facility,” said Jordan Jacobs, director of operations for Phoenix NAP. “The fiber ring AGL has in Phoenix certainly supplies solid connectivity options for our clients and helps us establish our facility as a true network access point.”

Phoenix NAP is centrally located in Phoenix and will feature collocation data services as well as office space for clients and/or technology companies. It will also feature 20 megawatts of redundant power. The company chose the Phoenix site because of its proximity to an area that has relatively few natural hazards and is close to an international airport, free from flight and runway paths.

The benefits of leasing capacity from AGL Networks include the ease and ability to increase bandwidth on demand, complete route diversity from other providers, enhance network security with an all underground network, provide flexibility in applications that utilize dark fiber and reduce overall telecommunication costs.

This addition brings AGL Networks on-net building list to over 70 sites. Today in Phoenix, AGL’s fiber footprint encompasses 255 route miles. For more information about AGL networks, visit our website at www.aglnetworks.com.
